Requirements:

Hold S1/S2 Degree from any background
Having good exposure in all aspects of HR i.e. HR Planning, Organization Development and also someone who has good knowledge in labor law as well as handling dispute
Preferably having background experience in holding company, construction and/or property
Good communication and leadership skills
Good in English

Responsibilities:
Handle the absence system and PABX system in coordination with vendors.
Compile and update employee data, office service / contract, monthly absence report.
Organizing travel and maintain good housekeeping.
Hold petty cash for warehouse operational needs, issue cash with approval from Manager and provide petty cash and financial report.
Provide general needs of the warehouse operational such as stationeries, health ang safety, uniforms, maintain office machines such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, facsimile, voice, mail system and personal computer.
Control and monitor operator / receptionist, cleaning service and security.
Correspondence with vendors appointed by procurement /general affair.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Managemen, Human Resource Management, Logistic/Transportation, Law or equivalent.
Female, max 30 years old
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Good at Planning, Organizing and Controlling.
Excellent health, hard worker, energic, dynamic.

Requirement :
Male or female with max. age 35 years old.
Hold min. D3 degree in Management or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Deep knowledge of GA function (Asset & Insurance Management, Office Management, Public Communication, Traveling Administration, Transportation, Maintenance & Facility).
Willing to work overtime and travel across Indonesia.
Able to work independently as well as in teams and customer services orientation.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skill.

Excellent experience in all of HR function (personnel, recruitment, reward, industrial relationship), man power regulation (PKWT, PKWTT, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and general affair matter (building management & maintenance, akomodation, transportation, etc).
Willing to be placed in Sumatra & Kalimantan.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
Strong leadership, attention to detail, people management, good communication and interpersonal skills.
