Responsibilities:
To manage all aspects of the HR spectrum, ensuring standards operation procedure are achieved.
Reporting to the HR Manager, directly responsible for the smooth running of recruitment, benefit, industrial & strategic operation.
Effectively manage a team to ensure the HR function is fulfilled.
Working closely with team and Operation Department.
Build good relationships with employee, partners and external party.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or HR Management.
At least 3 years working experience in the relevant field of job.
Good communication and people development skill.
Able to promote team work, and have proven track record in achieve targeted project goal.
Hands on with recruitment flow and labor law would be an advantage.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and computer literate.
