Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor sales order processing, ensure specific information and needs are communicated with relevant departments.
Receiving and answering customer complaints in collaboration with relevant function and/or production centre.
Regular face to face contact with customers (internal/external) on supply chain and other issues.
Coordination of all specific internal/external customer after sales requirements, proactively and reactively.
Ensure that sales orders are processed promptly and efficiently by responsible staff.
Ensure that proper order confirmation given to relevant parties by CS coordinators.
Verify documents, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Monitor processing work progress, make sure that relevant parties are alerted about missed deadlines, late deliveries, and any other discrepancy.
Supervise export/import activities, ensuring adherence to prevailing government regulations.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. 40 years of age
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
Good communication in English both oral and written
Expertise in supply chain or customer service management in flavor and fragrance industries with minimum 5 years total experiences
Strong background in sales
Strong leadership and people management skill
Strong personality and a good team player
