Marketing Manager Consumer Health Care
Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Marketing Director , with several brand managers reporting to him/her, he/she shall be responsible with overall brand management of the product; maintaining and developing the product market share within his/her organization.
Responsible with overall product marketing strategy including customer segmentation and targeting.
Responsible in setting up the product pricing policy and actively involved in determining pricing to customer, distributor as well as retailer.
Responsible in developing the business channel, coordinate with the sales department.
Responsible in maintaining the product profit and loss (P&L), coordinating with R&D and other respective departments in order to improve the product gross margin.
To manage new product development (NPD) and product launching. Coordinate with R&D, registration officer and other respective departments during the launching program.
To develop and coordinate with advertising agency to launch advertising in order to communicate product to consumer and retailer.
Actively perform market research in order to understand consumer behavior and feedback from customer regarding the existing product.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field. Preferably Having MBA.
Required language(s): English.
At least, 8 years total experience in marketing management for FMCG business, preferably with experience in managing a market leader product and some years in OTC Business
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Management.
Full-Time positions available.
